Reebok has designed another successful hybrid shoe that performs well on and off the road. Like its predecessor, the Premier Trail III is a lightweight training shoe that combines noteworthy flexibility—thanks to its well-positioned flex grooves—with a “Proflection” resilient protection plate, soft DMX Foam, and an independent outsole lug pattern. The upper features a gussetted tongue and water resistance, using moisture management fabric, as well as 3M reflectivity for safety. The Premier Trail is relatively basic, which is what our testers liked the most; a no-frills, straightforward training shoe that fit well and was sure-footed on all but the most challenging of trails.
