perhaps another wolf in sheeps cloths I don't know but interesting to think about.....I just like the totally non-competetive and only social nature of the concept.

John, my only question is, where are the waiver runners coming from? We've had some teams this year that have had trouble keeping a roster of 17. It just doesn't seem like there are many people waiting in the wings. Is the idea that it would be made of people who are injured and have given up their spot on their team? I'm not against the waiver team idea at all, but just wondering if there are really enough unattached people to have an ongoing team.
The only other problem I see is people liking the waiver team so much that they don't want to leave it for a "real" team.
