About the Camp:
Created specifically for women, this camp, located at Basin Harbor Club offers participants of all levels a unique vacation of activity, education, relaxation, camaraderie, and more. Camp includes one on one nutrition counseling and coaching.  Our camp is kept to no
more than 30 women with the coach-to-runner ratio at 5 to 1. This ensures that each camper's goals are addressed and camaraderie is maximized.

About the Camp: Our camp experience offers coaching and instruction in an intimate setting. Enrollment is limited to 20 campers each week to provide quality mentoring and to create the meaningful experience desired by athletes looking to improve and grow. Running strength and skill will be tested on trails at 7500 ft. altitude in the Rocky Mountains. Seminars will focus on race strategy, nutrition, sports psychology, strength training, flexibility, recovery, goal setting and self-confidence for female athletes.
